Product Performance
DASO110 adopts 16-channel independent relay design, with contact mechanical life ≥1,000,000 cycles and electrical life ≥100,000 cycles (under rated load), meeting long-term high-frequency operation requirements. Supporting online hot-swap function, the main control system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 90%.
It communicates with the main controller via Profinet/Modbus TCP bus, with data transmission delay ≤20ms, ensuring real-time response of control commands. Channel-level electrical isolation combined with EMC filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥90dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.
Integrated with channel-level self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect relay sticking, coil faults and power abnormalities, with fault status fed back to the main controller via dual-color LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault) and bus, diagnostic response time ≤5ms. Mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥200,000 hours, meeting industrial-grade continuous operation requirements.
