Product Performance
AO2040 adopts high-precision 16-bit D/A conversion chip and temperature compensation algorithm, with output error ≤0.2% over the full temperature range, ensuring actuator regulation accuracy up to ±0.1% of rated value. Independent circuit design for each channel supports mixed signal configuration (some channels 4-20mA, some 0-10V DC), no hardware jumpers required, and parameter setting can be completed via PLC configuration software.
Channel-level electrical isolation combined with multi-stage EMC filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥90dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites. Integrated with real-time self-diagnosis functions, it can monitor output short circuit, overload and module power abnormalities, with fault status fed back to PLC via LED indicators (red steady on) and bus, diagnostic response time ≤5ms.
