Product Performance
The module adopts an enhanced 24-bit A/D conversion chip and low-temperature drift operational amplifier, with full-range measurement error ≤±0.05% FS and long-term stability ≤±0.01% FS/year. Combined with a 200Hz high sampling rate, it can accurately capture high-frequency small signal fluctuations. It supports 1ms-1000ms programmable filtering, integrates an adaptive noise suppression algorithm, and has a common mode rejection ratio ≥130dB, effectively resisting strong electromagnetic interference in industrial sites.
Integrated with a channel-level self-diagnostic system, it real-time monitors open circuits, short circuits, over-ranges, signal drift and module power abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99.5% and fault response time ≤5ms. Status information is uploaded to the controller in real time via the bus. The independent channel isolation design adapts to complex grounding environments and avoids signal crosstalk.
Fully compatible with ABB AC 800M controller and Control Builder M configuration software, it supports online configuration of signal types, filtering parameters, ranges and fault thresholds, enabling maintenance without shutdown.
