Product Performance​

The module adopts 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip and low-temperature drift signal conditioning circuit, with thermocouple cold junction compensation accuracy ±0.2°C, ensuring stable measurement under ambient temperature fluctuations. It supports 8-channel synchronous sampling with a sampling rate of 100Hz/channel, and the data update cycle is ≤10ms, which can capture transient signal changes in industrial processes.​

Integrated with intelligent self-diagnostic functions, it can real-time monitor channel open circuit, short circuit, over-range, cold junction failure and module power abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, and fault status is uploaded to the controller in real time via bus. The independent channel isolation design combined with digital filtering algorithm provides common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference in industrial sites.​

Fully compatible with ABB Control Builder M configuration software, it supports online adjustment of signal types, filtering parameters and alarm thresholds without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥450,000 hours, and it can operate stably for a long time in harsh industrial environments.​
