Product Performance
The module adopts 24-bit high-precision D/A conversion chip and low-temperature drift drive circuit, with output signal linearity error ≤±0.02% FS and long-term stability ≤±0.01% FS/year, enabling micron-level regulation of actuators. It supports independent configuration of signal types and ranges for 8 channels, no hardware jumpers required, and parameter configuration can be completed via software.
The output response time is ≤1ms, combined with digital filtering function, which can effectively suppress signal fluctuations and ensure stable operation of actuators. Integrated with channel-level self-diagnostic functions, it real-time monitors output open circuit, short circuit, overload and module power abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, and fault status is uploaded to the controller in real time via bus.
Independent channel isolation design combined with 5kV system-level isolation provides common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, maintaining stable output even in strong electromagnetic interference environments. Fully compatible with ABB AC 800M controller and Panel 800 HMI, supporting online configuration download and firmware upgrade, enabling maintenance without shutdown.
