Product Performance
The module adopts independent channel acquisition and signal shaping circuit, with 100% digital signal recognition accuracy, which can effectively filter on-site contact jitter interference (debounce time adjustable from 0.1ms to 100ms). The input response time is ≤1ms, supporting 8-channel synchronous status monitoring, meeting the real-time requirements of safety interlock systems.
Integrated with full-channel self-diagnostic functions, it can real-time monitor open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage and module power abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99.9%. Fault status is uploaded to the controller within 10ms via the backplane bus, and local and remote dual status feedback is realized with LED indicators. The channel-level 2.5kV isolation and system-level 5kV isolation design provide common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, which can resist strong electromagnetic interference generated by equipment such as frequency converters and motors in industrial sites.
Fully compatible with ABB AC 800M controller and PanelView HMI, it supports online configuration of signal types and debounce parameters through Control Builder M software, enabling configuration updates without shutdown.
