Product Performance
The module adopts 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip and low-temperature drift amplifier circuit. The thermocouple measurement error is ≤±0.1°C in the range of 0-400°C, and the RTD measurement resolution reaches 0.01°C, which can accurately capture small temperature fluctuations. It supports 8-channel synchronous sampling with a sampling rate of 100Hz/channel, and effectively suppresses noise interference in industrial sites with digital filtering algorithms.
Integrated with channel-level self-diagnostic functions, it can real-time monitor open circuit, short circuit, over-range and module power abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99% and fault response time ≤10ms. Status information is uploaded to the controller via the backplane bus. The independent channel isolation design combined with 5kV system-level isolation provides common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, adapting to industrial environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
Fully compatible with ABB AC 800M and S800I/O systems, it supports online configuration of signal types and filtering parameters through Control Builder M software, enabling configuration updates without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥400,000 hours, meeting the monitoring needs of long-term continuous operation.
